Once the customer has completed the Feedback 4 BR customer survey they will be entered into a sweepstakes for a chance to win the $300 VISA digital gift card code. Please note this survey will include Banana Republic & Banana Republic Factory locations. The sponsor of the promotion is listed as ChatThreads Corp. while HelloWorld Inc. will be in charge of the $300 Visa gift card prize drawing.
