Activate Encore Play

The activation code will be displayed on the customers TV at the time of set up. The activate Encore play activation code will be 4 digits long and Internet access will be required to complete the process. Once the activation process is complete the customer can enjoy Encore Play which provides online streaming and an app that allows members to watch their favorite Encore movies, shows, and series anytime, anywhere at anytime. Encore Play streaming is available on the computer, Xbox, phone or tablet. Any questions in regards to the Encore Play activation process can be directed to a customer service agent at 855-247-9175 or email them at help@starz.com. As a last resort the customer can also attempt to resolve an issue through Twitter @STARZHelp (this method of customer service support is NOT recommended). Please note customers who are subscribed to the STARZ app and pay for their STARZ subscription a month in advance will still have access to Starz for the remainder of the billing cycle once they cancel their subscription. Starz does offer a free trial for customers who want to give it a test drive before committing any of their hard earn dollars to the service. The free trial will only last for 7 days and then customer will be charged a monthly subscription fee of $8.99 by their subscription provider (i.e. Charter Communications, Times Warner). If the customer does not cancel their Startz free trial the monthly subscription fee will start automatically.
